Review by hotel critic
During our recent stay at the Hotel Olympic, we were captivated by the hotel's charming exterior, which set the tone for our enchanting retreat in the mountains. Upon entering, the elegant yet airy interior created a welcoming atmosphere, perfectly balancing sophistication with comfort. We were particularly drawn to Carta Ristorante, the hotel's onsite dining venue. The varied menu offered an intriguing selection of international cuisine alongside Val D'Aosta specialties. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and truly showcased the region's culinary innovation. I vividly recall savoring the local delicacies, which felt both familiar and refreshingly unique, a delightful testament to the region's rich gastronomic heritage. The extensive wine list complemented our meals beautifully, allowing us to explore various pairings that enhanced our dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was serene, providing a lovely backdrop for our family getaway. For fellow food enthusiasts considering a gourmet retreat, Hotel Olympic deserves ample recognition-not merely for its picturesque setting, but for the memorable culinary experiences it offers. As a travel enthusiast, I found this escapade to be a perfect blend of family bonding, fine dining, and the breathtaking beauty of the mountains.
